The Benchmark Litigation Europe publication focuses exclusively on litigation and disputes. It includes only firms and litigators that it judges as being of an ‘elite status’. The selection process is a rigorous one and involves an analysis of recent cases undertaken and extensive interviews with both clients and litigators.
