Michalis graduated in Accounting and Finance from the University of Manchester. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus. He is an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investment (CISI) and holds the Advanced Certificate of the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySec) and the CISI certificates in Investment Operations (Cyprus) and Global Financial Compliance. He is also a member of the Anti-money Laundering and Compliance Committee of the Cyprus Fiduciary Association.
