Biography
She leads the firm’s Quality and General Administration Department, bringing extensive expertise in the implementation and auditing of ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards. She oversees quality control processes to ensure all services consistently meet established standards.
An IRCA-certified Lead Auditor with BV International and a qualified UK trainer, she provides advanced insight across ISO systems, human resources, and management practices. Her guidance supports the firm in maintaining high standards in policy implementation and delivering reliable, high-quality services to clients.
She also has significant experience in immigration law matters, including BCS and temporary residence permit procedures, Category E applications, and EU long-term residence and Blue Card processes.
